OK so I'm a little late with this post but sometimes life just has a funny way of getting in the way of the important things like posting pics of all the great goodies I received from my fabulous swap partner Nikki, aka SFGWIFE at Crochetville. We participated in a Summer Ornament Exchange and here's my loot:

Here's all the goodies in their glorious splendor! I received 5 beautiful ornaments and a gorgeous tree topper (all handmade by Nikki), several pattern sheets and leaflets, some 3/4 inch plastic rings and store bought stitch markers, a nifty blue pencil case filled with sticky note pads, pens, pencils, a measuring tape and all kinds of other little doo-dads, 3 stunning stitch markers made by Nikki (the butterfly is my favorite!) Here are the ornies up close and personal:

Also in the package was (in my best "I shouldn't sound excited or Nikki will think I like him better" tone (wink, wink)) some wooden hook thing-a-ma-bob that her hubby "supposedly" made just for me. Here's a close up:

Oh ok who am I trying to kid?! Will you just look at that hook?? I was so suprised to find that and so touched that Nikki and her husband went to all that trouble and effort just for me! You both really made my day and I thank you both from the very bottom of my heart. Words can not express the gratitude I have toward you. Thanks again.

Congrats on the haul! They're very pretty and that's a spiffy hook there. Very nice.
