Been at it again. Getting lost in making Christmas items for gifts and several swaps. I did manage to take a short break and join a mystery Halloween CAL at crochetville which was graciously hosted by Minwifeof4boys. On October 18th, and each day thereafter for about 5 days, we were given a mere 8 rows to do. Oh, the suspense! The torture!
Religiously each morning after I put my lil guy on the bus, I'd settle in and search for the next 8 rows. The end result was a graphed pattern of a white ghost on a black background with which, we had the choice to make into a trick or treat bag, a pillow, an afghan, etc. I chose to make the bag for my lil guy since his got trashed a few months earlier.
Having never done a graphed pattern before, I don't think I did too bad. Thanks again Minwifeof4boys for hosting this CAL and easing my fears of doing designs like these in the future. Here's my version of the bag:
