Later on this afternoon I received such a wonderful gift from Janet. This gift truly is special because I remember all of us at the 'Ville reading how Janet was having problems doing this pattern. She started out making one out of pretty Christmas variegated yarn but I don't think that one ever made it to completion. Not too long after she received some help, she posted a pic of a completed tree! Congrats and way to go! So for me, this tree not only symbolizes Christmas and all its splendor, but it represents all those patterns that we are determined to make work. Sometimes all you need is a little patience, guidance, support, and a little frog to help you get back on track! Here's the tree with her beautiful red ribbons:

Also today Janet received a package I mailed out to her the day after Thanksgiving. I presume the local Postal Workers are meeting their Christmas rush and that's why it got there so late. Here's what was inside:

Well at least she got a package but it wasn't the one she was supposed to get today. Today is also her birthday (HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOOOOOUUUUUU!) and I made a special package up and was told it would get there today. However, it seems its going to be a day or so late. =( What a bummer. Well here's hoping it gets there tomorrow.
