Well now that the day is over and the house is somewhat back in order, I've finally gotten around to snapping a few pics of some of the holiday gifts I'd been working on. First up, a pic of the bed doll I made for my mil:
Second, a pic of one of the 6 trees I made for relatives:
Third, a pic of one of the numerous scarves I made for friends and family members. This one happens to be a scrap one which currently doesn't have a home...
Next, a hat and poncho set I made for my daughter. Not the best pic for displaying these two items since you can't see the flower on the other side of the hat but the model is adorable and so is that handsome young fella next to her...=) Oh and if you look closely, in the background, you can see the cast bootie I made for my mil after she took a spill on the stairs.
Finally, each year, I make each of my children a Christmas ornament with their name and the year on it. I started this tradition for them in the hopes that some day, when they're all grown up and have families of their own, they're first tree won't be completely bare.
Now that Christmas is mostly over, we still have a few family members to get together with this week, I can start planning on 2007's projects. Maybe I'll be finished early enough to actually relax for once...
